MINNETONKA, Minn. (July 5, 2005) -- For years, lure makers have tinkered with molding processes to keep bright-colored bait looking as vibrant on the 10th retrieve as it did on the first.
Cover your eyes. Because Storm Lures just got it right.
Storm, the makers of a breakthrough line of soft plastics, has struck gold again with its new Intense(tm) Series of Swim Shads.
The name "Intense" represents the molding process used to keep fish triggering colors from fading. The internal injection technology enables eye-popping pinks and greens to shine brightly long into their use. From scales 'n tails and bones to hot streaks and fire tigers, the bold 'hot tails' on these lures will work great for all species of fish.
"We used some incredible new technology to create the new Intense Series," says Mark Fisher, Storm director of field promotions. "It's ultra durable and has the same life-like swimming action of our other soft plastics."
The Intense Swim Shads will be sold in packs of three. Each lure is rigged with a premium VMC needle point hook. The signature Storm holographic WildEye(r) and swimming flash foil really bring the lure to life.
"The pros tell us they're just slaying multiple species down south with these lures," Fisher says.
Available in three-inch and four-inch sizes, the three-packs will retail for $3.99.
